1:1 consultations to explore your health concerns and goals and discuss herbal treatment plans. Cassie takes an empowering, compassionate, and holistic approach to her consultations. She integrates the importance of evidence-based protocols and practices, with the healing art of holding space for emotional, mental and spiritual layers of healing.

High quality herbal products hand-crafted with fresh local plants.

Dispensary

Tinctures, Teas, Capsules, Floral Waters, Glycerites, Creams, Salves, Essences. Cassie makes her own tinctures and salves fresh whenever possible, and ethically sources herbs which do not grow here. Custom formulations are available with a consultation.

Art

Earth-inspired inspired paintings and creations.

Performance

Cassie is available for fire dancing, LED, silk fans, hula hoop performances.

Workshops

Cassie is available for herbal medicine, medicine making and flow arts workshops.
