Fresh Tinctures

Fresh tinctures from organically cultivated or sustainably wild-harvested local plants.

There is an art and science to creating potent medicinal tinctures, from knowing the most potent phase of growth of a particular plant, the appropriate ratios and alcohol percentages to extract different constituents, proper processing of plants as well as the energetic and spiritual medicine that comes when a plant is harvested and prepared with love and respect.

Unlike internationally sourced tinctures, which often lack several of these key pieces described above or have used dried degrading herb rather than vibrant freshly harvested herbs, I can confidently stand behind the quality of these tinctures that I have prepared.

It is with great honor that I can share these potent medicines and my love for medicine making with you.

Capsules

Meticulously packed with organic dried herbs for easy delivery of whole herbs. A great option for those who would like to avoid alcohol-based tinctures in their herbal protocol.

50 or 100 capsules.

Remarkably effective, safe and gentle liver protection and restoration. Can be used alongside pharmaceuticals, except Metronidazole antibiotic.
Also available paired with stronger liver herbs such as Rosemary, Schisandra, Dandelion or with depuratives. Custom formulations require a consultation.
Renowned anti-inflammatory, in addition to many other medicinal uses. Paired with black pepper to enhance absorption. Safe for use in culinary amounts, but there are some contraindications to be aware of in higher doses.

A beloved favorite for herbalists and clients, Ashwaganda is a go-to as a general tonic for chronic stress, debility, insomnia, weakened immunity, to name a few.

Floral Waters

(hydrosols)

Made with fresh local plants in my copper condensing distiller. Steamed water passes through the plants and infuses the water with aromatic and medicinal essential oils. Floral waters are a much more sustainable option compared to essential oils. Floral waters make lovely room sprays, energetic cleansing sprays, gentle perfumes, and for gentle and medicinal face and skin care products.

Organically cultivated or sustainably wild-harvested and dried with care to preserve maximum color, flavor and vitality. Intentionally formulated to create delicious synchronous medicinal tea blends.

This is truly an offering of love. It takes a remarkable amount of time, space and presence to grow, process, properly dry and store dried herbs. I do it because I want you to experience the profound difference in the quality and vibrancy of these locally crafted medicinal teas. This is also the case with my fresh tinctures, but you can not see the vitality like you can with these teas.

Drop Doses

Sometimes less is more ~ a subtle shift in perspective, feeling or vibration can lead to profound changes. We are multi-dimensional beings with emotional, mental, spiritual and physical dimensions of self. It is not possible to separate these aspects of ourselves, as they all impact each other in sometimes obvious or imperceptible ways. There are times where disharmony is primarily present in the physical body, and where larger therapeutic doses of herbs or pharmaceutical drugs are most essential to our healing. And there are other times where the root of our suffering is primarily one of “spiritual illness", which may look like loss of enthusiasm, sense of self or divine purpose, feelings of isolation or despair. Essences carry a certain vibrational frequency which enters and guides the body in resonating in harmony with this vibration.

Essences work particularly well for those who are highly sensitive and who prefer a very gentle and energetically safe medicine. That being said, all beings hold the capacity to benefit and tune in to these divine teachers.

The bitters blend is different than the rest of the drop dose formulas here as it does create a direct physiological effect on digestion and promotes the parasympathetic nervous system.
